Dr. Cassandra Boon
Dr. Cassandra Boon is a registered professional chiropractor, in Kimberley and Cranbrook, BC. Her career and personal life have involved extensive focus on movement, health and sport. Dr. Boon’s background includes kinesiology, personal training and sport conditioning for professional athletes. She has worked with national level athletes and teams in skiing, cycling, running, triathlon, basketball, soccer, hockey and outdoor pursuits. Dr. Boon has worked in many multi-disciplinary practices in both rural and urban settings, and has practiced in some of Canada’s finest and most engaging chiropractic clinics. She has trained, treated and consulted with the Canadian National Half Pipe team in an ongoing capacity.
Dr. Boon is also an accomplished professional athlete, and competed nationally and internationally as a downhill mountain biker. Her career highlights include Canadian National Champion, top World Cup competitor rankings, and mountain bike coaching and mentoring throughout Canada and the US.
Dr. Boon is a Kimberley and Cranbrook local and grew up in the Kootenays. She is enthusiastic about healthy living, happy people and being outside in one of the best places in the world. She feels fortunate to call Kimberley home and is proud to be a part of the community.
DR. ALLISON PEPPER
Dr. Allison Pepper is a Chiropractor, and is proud to have been raised in the Kootenays.
She completed her doctorate of Chiropractic at UWS in Portland, Oregon.
She is certified in Active Release Technique (ART) and received training from the Motion Palpation Institute for analysis and chiropractic adjusting techniques.
Dr. Pepper is passionate about physical fitness, the outdoors and living in the mountains. She has extensively played and competed in basketball, badminton, volleyball and baseball, including 2 years on the BC Women’s baseball team.
She endeavours to meet patients where they are at, and to move patients from pain and injury prevention towards maintenance, preventative and supportive care. She is excited to have returned to Cranbrook and serve a community that has provided her so much.
Monica Brons is passionate about assisting people to better understand their health and bodies. She's a true Kootenay local: born and raised in the Cranbrook area, and committed to community. How Kootenay? Camping, hiking and fishing are part of her DNA. In addition to working at Fine + Well as a Registered Massage Therapist, Monica volunteers for the Cancer society and she can often be found working at events in the community. Monica cares about connecting with people, and that's evident immediately.

grew up in the kootenays and through overseas travels she developed a passionate interest in eastern philosophies of health and healing. From there she pursued studies in Traditional Chinese medicine and graduated in 2012 with a five year doctorate diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She moved to the East Kootenay’s in 2014 and is currently registered as a Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She possessed extensive training in Acupuncture, Tui Na Massage, cupping therapy, and Chinese herbal therapy; as well as scenar treatment and postural and corrective exercise techniques based on the traditional Chinese medical view of the body and of movement. With these various therapies Cassandra treats a wide range of conditions spanning both internal and external medicine; including physical, mental and emotional aspects. Cassandra takes a passionate interest in the outdoors as well as the body and movement. She also coaches Parkour and Gymnastics at both the recreational and competitive levels. The two mottos she stands by are “everything in moderation” and that “health is not a final state to be achieved but a continual state to be practiced.”

Ali is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for nutrition and motivating others to achieve their health and wellness goals. She loves to cook (and eat!) delicious food and 'rip around' on her mountain bike in Kimberley, BC. She provides practical nutrition information and advice to clients to achieve a balance: both nourishing their bodies and enjoying a healthy life by making small specific goals and achieving them in a sustainable way. She provides credible, evidence-based nutrition information in an 'easy-to-digest' format which empowers clients to make appropriate dietary choices. Her areas of expertise include weight management, chronic disease prevention and management, sports nutrition at the amateur and elite levels and eating disorders.
Ali has a background as an elite road cyclist and racing at a national level, and is currently undergoing a diploma specializing in sports nutrition from the International Olympic Committee (IOC). She looks forward to assisting athletes achieve top performance by optimizing their nutrition.

Meagan Bedell is Fine + Well's Office Manager. She's the first person to meet people when they arrive at the clinic and she ensures each experience is caring, consistent and efficient. Those who get to meet Meagan should feel lucky, as she's usually found out-of-doors in search of adventure in high places or paying attention to natural things all too commonly overlooked.
